Now, whenever you tell a friend about Newroads' quality Internet services, and they sign up as a new customer, Newroads will reward you for that referral by crediting your personal Newroads account $20.00 after the referred account has been with Newroads for 2 months.

Questions and Answers about TELL-A-FRIEND

Q- How do I participate in the TELL-A-FRIEND reward program?

  1. It's easy, while you are telling your friends about Newroads' service, remember to be sure and tell them to mention your full name and Newroads "username" when they finally decide to sign up for Newroads' service. Your $20.00 reward credit for that referral will be applied to your account at that time. You may even want to mention this program, I¡¯m sure they will get equally excited to participate and save money on their monthly Newroads service.

Q- How will I know when I receive a TELL-A-FRIEND reward credit on my account?

  1. Newroads will post your referral reward credit on your future billing statement.

Q- Is there a limit as to how many reward credits I can receive in a one month period?

  1. Absolutely not! Keep them coming, you will be rewarded for each and every one, even if it means that your personal Newroads account goes into a negative balance.

Q- If my account suspended due to non-payment will I still receive my tell-a-friend credit?

  1. No, Your account must be in good standing at the time of referral to receive the credit.

Q- Can I redeem my referral reward credits for cash instead of a credit on my Newroads account?

  1. Sorry, all referral reward credits can only be applied as a credit to your own personal account.

Q- Can I transfer my referral credits to an all together different Newroads customer account?

  1. No, referral credits are not transferrable between accounts.

Q- What happens if my friend or referral forgets to mention my name or username to Newroads.

  1. All entries for reward credits must be entered at the time the customer signs up. No reward credits will be issued after the fact.
